I was charged $20.95 for a $19.95 subscription. I can't see ANY WAY to contact a human at Microsoft to get this resolved.
Since I participated in the beta, I was given the choice to do this: "You have selected a one year subscription to Windows Live OneCare (covers up to 3 PCs) for the promotional price of $19.95 plus tax."
My credit card was charged $20.95. The $1.00 difference is not the tax amount in our city/county/state.
I don't see any way to get hold of anyone at MS Live OneCare. The Web sites lead you around in circles... I have been to

but it doesn't let you CONTACT anyone.
Any suggestions? I don't really want to dispute the charge....
