WGA required at every reboot -Cryptographic Errors Detected RRS feed

    Every time I reboot the WGA nag comes up. Diagnostics always show the same as below.

    I have removed Office.

     

    XP is Home Edition.

     

    I get the following result from the Cryptographic check:-

    which I have done but it will not install ActiveX.

     

    Can anyone help with installing ActiveX?
