CRM 4 integration with Office Communications Server 2007 / Office Communicator 2007 RRS feed

    We have Office Communication Server 2007 and Dynamics CRM 4. We want to be able to use click to call in CRM 4.


    Example - right click a CRM contact, and call a user on their phone.


    Problem - there´s no phone number availible/presented that can be used for a click to call.

    All other options (IM, send mail, etc) that comes with OCS integration is availible.


    The CRM contact contains phone information but it cant be used to make a call.


    Any suggestions,
