CRM 4.0 Outlook client: Missing partially ribbon buttons and others don't work? RRS feed

    Working with a customer to install Microsoft CRM 4.0 Client for Outlook (On-premise, Online Version).   Running Vista, Office 2007 (outlook 2007) SP1

     

    The installation and configuration appeared to be fine.  The main toolbar loads but none of the outlook buttons are working (e.g. Track in CRM, Set Regarding, etc).

     

    As well, when I open my email, contact, appointment (any Outlook form). I do not get the CRM buttons appearing in the ribbon.

     

    Only thing that is present is the “Microsoft CRM” folders on the left navigation.

     

    Thoughts on what could be the source of the problem?
