HTTPS break forums layout completely

Question
-
Hello,
I think I found a bug regarding HTTPS, seemingly it breaks the forums.
First is a screenshot with normal HTTP (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home):
This one is from HTTPS (https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home):
Obviously something seems a bit out of place, right?
I hope this gets fixed as HTTPS is supposed to me more secure than HTTP, but it's of no use when it makes the forum unusable like that :/
Using Google Chrome/Windows 7.
Sincerely yours,

I get a similar page when I modify the url to use https, but I also get a message from my IE9 browser "Only secure content is displayed" with a button labeled "Show all content". When I click the button the page looks normal. The solution might be a setting in IE.
However, that may not help much. First, threads on the home page are not the same when I use https. I don't know why. And when I navigate anywhere from there, the url returns to http.
