search in description field - Outlook client

  This is strange - does anyone know why:

  On Contact entity: I have added "description" field as Find Field.

  - I works fine to search for things in IE Web interface

  ! But in Outlook it does not find the similar contact record on the same search (and I have chosen "Active Contacts" - se it is not because that in Outlook it only searches on the active View.

   

  Any clue??
