Trying to re-validate Windows XP Professional RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a genuine Windows XP Professional SP3. I upgraded from Win XP Home. After installing the new software I validated and activated it with no problem. However, I am now receiving messages on my screen advising that I may be the victim of counterfeit software. I followed the instructions for resolving the issue, but received a message saying that the WINDOWS 7 I had was not genuine. I am baffled about this whole thing. Can anyone help please.
