hacked and can't get it fixed. please help

Question
-
I was hacked with a screen sharing app as well as several others. I tried removing the apps but they had no options for delete, uninstall, update, force stop, etc. I downloaded several apps trying to turn the camera and mic off and started receiving notifications that they were being turned back on somehow within minutes. Finally unable to see other options I factory reset my phone which did no good because the apps were still there. Factory reset it again saving no data and still didn't do any good. How can I fix this?

Hello,
If this is a Windows phone you should ask in the Windows Phone forums on the Microsoft Community forums.
As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
Otherwise you could ask your cellular provider.

Hello,
The TechNet Wiki Discussion Forum is a place for the TechNet Wiki Community to engage, question, organize, debate, help, influence and foster the TechNet Wiki content, platform and Community. Please note that this forum exists to discuss TechNet Wiki as a technology/application.
As it's off-topic here, I am moving the question to the Where is the forum for... forum.
