How do I shut down a Profile on socia.microsoft.com RRS feed

    Someone in our company created a Profile 2 years ago called WebSaint. There has been no active on that profile, and WebSaint is a registered name of one of our products at SAINT Corporation. Corporate now wants this removed, but we have no credentials to that profile. Anyone know how to do this?

    WebSaint shows as having last been active Nov. 4, 2013. They posted something about 2 months ago. If someone can authenticate as that user, they can go to the profile, click "Edit My Profile" and change the display name.
