Hello Very Dissatisfied,
Carey has given you the same advice I would have.
If you do not know how to do what we are suggesting, please visit the support forums hosted by your computer manufacturer for lots of friendly help.
Or visit www.michaelstevenstech.com for helpful tutorials.
One last thing, once you get that clean installation of Windows done, please practice the good habit of using your computer while logged on with a Limited User account, and DO NOT use your computer for your daily activities of surfing, emailing, etc while logged on with a Computer Administrator account.
Good Luck! :-)

Your issue is not WGA-related. Apparently, a virus has infected your computer and corrupted the operating system. Please backup your files, reformat your hard drive and reinstall your Windows operating system.
