According to your MGA report, the installed license (OEM SLP) for Windows 7 Professional is indeed non-genuine. Your Dell PC was manufactured in 2008 and Windows 7 wasn't even released until 2009. In order to fix your issue, you'll need to purchase a genuine OEM version of Windows 7 Professional and then change the product key.
Also, please note that the installed copy of Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 is also non-genuine and should be uninstalled and then replaced with a genuine version of Microsoft Office.
