Set different Fonts

  I know that there is a way to change the font on my communicator client during a conversation.  What I would like to do is to change the font for the people in my conference.  For example if I am having an IM conversation with 3 other people I would like to set the font for each of the people individually, this would make it easier to determine when a new person has typed in a response.
