    I'm trying to load microsoft office 2003 and I get an error message stating that "the request requires elevation". the error code is 800702e4.

    This forum is for Office Genuine Advanatge issues and troubleshooting.  Unfortunately your problem does not appear to be related to OGA.

    If you enter the error message into a search engine there are several promising hits.
