PPT - headers reformatting on receiving end

Question
-
Hello,
I am creating sales marketing material decks for account executives company-wide. However, a portion of the time, when the AE receives the PPT, the headers on the slides are re-formatting, and dropping to the second line. I have troubleshot with the Master Slide, to no success.
I previously thought that they must be working off an older PPT version and when I send 2016 PPTs, there is a disconnect. However, my associate is now having the same issue and he has PPT 2016.
Could this be a systems issue? He may not be up to date on the O365.
This is driving me crazy as if the decks get forwarded AS IS to a client, we look sloppy.
Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!
