  • Hi, I am trying to figure out why I have  dissapear from the msn results. I was doing very well on this search engine then all of the sudden  I have dissapear, also the pages that were index are starting to dissapear, (site: peruvianfur.com)moreover the msn bot is not visiting my site that often. Recently there was an ip change on my server, I do not know if this could have affect it, I talk to them and they said that it has none. Also i did a 301 redirects for my https pages, and block some dynamic urls in the robots.txt file, both to avoid duplicated content. My site is not block and it has a good page rank on the webmaster tool panel. I want to know if this a temporary problem, or is something that i have to worry about?, and if so how much time should i give it , it is being like that for almots two weeks and the ip change eneded on the 15 of may

  • Hi,

You are currently ranking very low. Please review our blog post:  http://blogs.msdn.com/webmaster/archive/2008/01/11/i-m-not-ranking-in-live-search-what-can-i-do.aspx

Also, you are being penalized for duplicate content with puruvianrugs.com and puruvianfurandwood.com.

  • Thanks for the response, I always had peruvianfurandwood.com redirected to peruvianfur.com with a 301 redirect, and peruvianrugs.com redirected from my server panel. even before my rankins went down, anyways I will take both out an see what haeppens.
So, i can not have other domains point to my site anymore? I though this could be possible with a 301 redirect without being penalized. This is new to me.
    Thanks again
