Unable to see the install button for "SAfeNet MobilePass+" accessing inside Enterprise Network on Windows Store RRS feed

    I am facing a serious problem related to Windows Store as below:

    Install button for a particular app is disabled for specific Microsoft accounts. 

    I have tried with this many accounts and was only able to see the install button only through "@specified" accounts.

    Could anyone let me know what is the actual issue? Or Do i need to perform any specific settings in the Store to get the link for installation on any of the Windows Machine.

    *Note: using some particular account, i am able to see the install button.
