According to your description, my understanding is that it failed to open Launchpad on Windows 10.
On the client’s side, open:
C:\Users\[current logon user name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation
There would be 2 folders(
DashboradClient.exe_... and
Lauchpad.exe_...). Rename these folders, such as add
.old at the end of the name. You can undo the change via changing the name back to the original one if there is any problem later.
Then, restart the client and try again.
