Renewed One Care, but still showing up as ending in 10 days RRS feed

    I recently let my subscription end, but today went and reneewed it. I restarted my computer. One Care was now accessible, but says my subscription will end in 10 days?

  • It can take up to 24 hours for the subscription status to be updated in OneCare if you are renewing within 30 days of expiration and 5 days if renewal was performed between 90 and 30 days before expiration.

    If it doesn't reflect the correct subscription tomorrow, click on Check for Updates. Also, be sure to check your PC date and time. If it is not correct, this can cause the subscription to appear incorrect in OneCare.

    Confirm your subscription status by signing in at http://billing.microsoft.com
