Activating Windows Live One Care

  I recently purchased Windows Live One Care from a retailer and installed it on my home laptop.  I didn't try to register it until a few days later and because I two Windows Live (email) accounts, I installed the program with the one live account that I can't remember my password to or the security question.  Now I the program in inactive and useless.  How do I change my subscription to my main Live account and not the other useless one?

   

  Someone please help!
