My company is using CRM 2013 Online for sometime now. We have our email router configured and running smoothly - then we transitioned to Office365 and I have not been able to get the email router back up and running correctly.
I updated the deployment url from 'dev.crm.dynamics.com\orgname' to 'disco.crm.dynamics.com\orgname' as well as updating the credentials.
I click on Load data, and all users and queues populate correctly - I select any user and 'Test Access' I get the following error message:
"Outgoing Status: Failure - An error occurred while checking the connection to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server https://disco.crm.dynamics.com/****. LogonIdentityExWithUI()
"


Why would the 'Load Data' piece work, but the Test access not work - I assume that the email settings are fine, as those have not changed, and the error indicates the problem is connecting with CRM.
