link in duplicate detection alert email does not work RRS feed

  • Do you find the task if you log onto CRM and look for it in the place referenced. 

    What do you mean by the link does not work?  What happens when you select the link?  is the URL correct.  Is your CRM URL  https://testr4crm1026be1sg15.crm.dynamics.com  Does that URL work to open CRM?

  • you may not configure such alert email before for duplication detection jobs, I guess.

    When I clicked the url link, it did not open any page in browser - the server name is wrong: unlikely MS names some as test* - must be a bug, if not a configuration issue.

    It also means nobody is using that feature!


    Log on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and navigate to System Tasks page and double-click the name of the task. - this does work though.
