  • Question

At the begining of install I have to add my SCSI driver, then every thing works great until the system reboots and begins installation off the loaded OS? The message suggests drive configuration issue and to run CHKDSK? The 500G was installed and formatted on XP fine?

  • You may need to supply your SCSI driver twice; I have not had much luck with getting WHS to remember that I've already supplied a driver, though others have had no problem. The first time you'll supply the driver is in the initial graphical portion of setup. the second time is just after that initial reboot, at the "Press F6" prompt. For the Press F6 prompt, you will need to supply the driver on a floppy.
