    I have received a voucher says that its  good for Microsoft Azure Exam only .

    But for Which Azure exam only. 

    Should I pick up the best I feel 

    Or 

    Should I be able to know what Exam I can give through the entering the voucher on any portal.

    You may check with the person/team who has given voucher asking - what does he mean by "good for MS Azure exam only" ? 

    If that's a voucher for Azure certifications, then you can try to schedule certification exam, while making payment - use the voucher code.

    To get started - you can try for AZ-900 Azure fundamental certification. (Covers the basics on services by Azure)
