    Hi Everyone,

    ms crm 2011 - I have imported two version of the managed solutions in different times. But I could not delete the older version, why?

    First I imported managed solution 5.0.1.0 version.

    and then imported managed solution 5.0.2.0 version.

    Now I am deleting the older version i.e., 5.0.5.0 version, which crm is not allowing and following error is coming.

    Hi Rajeev,

    When you import the newer version of the solution, it will replace the older version so you don't need to delete the older version.

    Hi Rajeev,

    When you import the newer version of the solution, it will replace the older version so you don't need to delete the older version.

    Hi Scott Durow,

    Thanks for your prompt reply. But my problem is some fields from old Solution are appearing in this solution and I am getting two duplicate fields in different sections as in old version that field was in differnt section,

    In new version solution the same fields is in different section and now old section field and new section field are appearing.
