Hello mkeith422,
As Noel posted you have problems with the installation of Windows and Office on your Compaq Presario 5108 computer.
Let's deal with Windows first.
It is entirely possible that you did have a genuine free upgrade installation of Windows XP on your computer at one time. However, we can say for sure that, at the moment, the installation of XP Pro on the computer is nongenuine, due to it being a Volume Licensing installation that was done with an Invalid Volume Licensing Product Key. In Invalid key is one that was made up by software pirates with a program called a Key Generator (KeyGen)--it was never officially issued by Microsoft.

Resolution Status: N/APeople who are sure they used to have genuine Windows but now do have nongenuine Windows quite often tell us that their computers were repaired by a local shop or had their Windows reinstalled by a helpful friend. Instead of using the correct recovery procedure or installation discs, quite often these shops and helpers use downloaded nongenuine Windows discs because in many cases it is easier to do it that way. Unfortunately that leaves the computer owner, like you, with nongenuine Windows. Maybe when the new herd disk rive was installed, your Genuine Windows was replaced by nongenuine Windows.
If you have the upgrade discs you got with the computer, let us know what Windows edition disc you have (Home, Pro, Media Center, etc) so we can give you the best advice on what to do next.

Office Diagnostics: B4D0AA8B-604-645_025D1FF3-230-1The report is telling us that your Compaq has a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation of Office Enterprise 2007 installed. This installation was done with a now-Blocked Volume Licensing Key. Microsoft blocks Volume Licensing Keys when they have been reported by the original owning organization as lost, stolen, compromised to the internet, or when the accompanying Volume Licensing Agreement is no longer in effect.
As an individual consumer, you should never have been sold or should never be using Volume Licensing software. If you purchased this product thinking it was for sale to retail consumers like yourself, it's likely that you are a victim of software pirace or counterfeiting. Did you purchase this software, and if so, do you still have the materials you purchased?

The Product Key you are using appears to have been published a number of times on the web - It has therefore been blocked. You need to check the paperwork, and see what key actually came with the disk.If that is the same key, then contact MS Support and explain your situation to them.

....better make that Keys (plural) - your Office installation is a Blocked Volume License - which is available only to large corporations for use on their equipment.

This is a bit frustrating since the story I am telling is true. The copy of Windows XP came from Microsoft. The only other thing that could've possibly happened, 5 or 6 years ago, I got a new internal hard drive put on my computer, is that something that would've had to have been reinstalled at that time? I am non technical so I'm not aware of how things are done behind the scenes in scenarios like that.
