  • Question

  • Hi,

I installed Windows 8 64 bit on a Lenovo 1583b2g and from that moment when I want to give shout down the whole computer goes off, the power LED remains lit and a fan is heard. Operating system shuts down, monitor shuts down. Does not close completely, remains in this state or hold down the power button and closes. I put the following information about the system. Please, if possible to find a solution to the problem. So far I have Windows 8 32 bit and everything was fine, I bought two 4 GB RAM (8 GB total) upgrade. Initially I thought the memories we are concerned and we put back the original memory, but still not close.
Thank you in advance for your help. I give paste the system information below. I hope they are useful. Lenovo 1583b2g.
