Urgent Go the the help Centre OneCare couldn't install a required update on this PC. Until this problem is fixed, this PC may be at risk to internet threats.
So, i click help and get the two following options;
Reset Permissions for oneCare, i click the Fix it button, OneCare closes and nothing happens or it tells me to search for answers online, completely useless, and leads me to nothing of relevance
So basically, im using OneCare antivirus program and i've generally found it good, but its not very reassuring that my antivirus program tells me that it cannot install and update and so as a result my computer is at risk of internet threats
Could you kindly, tell me how to install this required update, or in general tell me how to fix this problem so my antivirus program actually does its job?
