Why can't I create and manage groups in Outlook? RRS feed

    When I had hotmail I had no problems creating groups. Even when updated, my contacts page contained a header called "groups" and I could easily view which groups my contacts belonged to. Now there is no header and so I cannot create new groups or view which groups my contacts belong to. Thank goodness, I still have my existing groups, but it seems I can no longer create new ones or view this information in my contacts.

    Why??
