Back Up to external hard drive RRS feed

    I've connected an external hard drive to my laptop and changed the setting in the back up box of one care to back up my file to this location. The system recognises that the external drive as connected (drive F) but after I save the setting the main one care menu still does not show the correct back up location.

    how can i get this sorted??

    Hello Ian, if you previously used CDs or DVDs as backup media you have to perform a new full backup to the external drive.
