  • Question

  • Hi,

I am deploying microsoft OCS 2007 Standard Edition on win 2k3.

There are total 8 steps of the Deployment mentioned :-

    1) Preparing Active Directory

    2) Deploy Server

    3) Configure Server

    4) Configure Certificate.

    5) Configure Web server Component Certificate.

    6) Verify Replication

    7) Start Services.

    8) Validate Server Functionality.

I have completed the first 3 steps but i am stuck in the 4th step. According to the document it says you need to create the new certificate.

Can any one please help me to complete the new certificate wizard.

    Please help me

    My skype ID is harshalshah22

    Thanks........ Harshal

  • What specifically are you stuck at?  Have you read through the Planning and Standard Edition deployment Guides?  Do you have an internal Enterprise CA to issue certificate requests against?

  • Hi Jeff

    Thanks for replying.

I made it , i installed a certificate authority services in my domain which issued the certificate and now it is working fine.

Now i am able to start the Instant messaging Audio Video Conferencing.

Can you tell me where i can make all the chats and conference recorded on the server so that i will have all the chats logs moderated and get the recording of the Conversions of the users.

Now my aim is to start the Live meeting.
