live onecare will not complete set up

I've installed my windows live onecare and everytime I go to finish set up. I get this message set up was not completed follow the direct to get the full benafit from you live onecare. I push in the complete button and it send me right back to this action has been stop. What do I do?

I have trying to install Windows Live OneCare for DAYS! I have spent HOURS trying to install it and to find help! I get Internet Explorer "Script" erros each time I try to "Finish" the set-up. I have uninstalled and re-installed it several times.
