CRM 2013 Export: How to export all view item when it includes more than one page RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I have a view that include 400 rows  and I have to go through different pages to see all records. I have 50 record per page.

When I choose to export, I get the records in the specific page that I was in.

Is there any way to export all records of a view instead of doing it page by page?

    Thank you,

  • Yes, that's possible. Try this. (looks weird but it works)

  • Hi,

When you click the Export to Exel icon, the following dialog should appear. Select the highlighted option and you should be able to export all records for the view.
