Application end problem or sql problem

Dear sir\mam,

When application team insert the data then save the data into development environment then error throw.

The following odbc error occurred:

Error:[Microsoft][Sql Server Native Client 10.0] Connection is Busy with Result for another Command

State ID: HY000
