Partner Support Community RETIRED

Question
-
Is there a discussion/guidance in the technet forums or elsewhere about the termination of the Partner Support Community? I hadn't posted a question there in a couple of months and found on 9/3/2018 the notice about the Community being shut down and advice to use the Technet forums. I unfortunately missed the window to comment/ask questions. I mainly want to know:
1. Is there a place where registered partners can get an answer from Microsoft Support within 24 hours as they did with the community? Is this what Technet forums offer or are the Technet forums "only" answered by "anyone" and MVPs who generously give of their time?
2. There were YEARS of valuable question/answer content that was searchable in the Partner Support Community. The notice says this is "retired". Do I understand correctly that this valuable content is no longer available to Partners? Hopefully it has been integrated into the Technet forums.
Thanks,

The new partner community forums are located over here.
https://www.microsoftpartnercommunity.com/
but the navigation there is all trial and error at this point.

Thanks once again. You might think it would be under "Support" on the main page https://www.microsoftpartnercommunity.com/ instead of under "products". ;)
Can I use "Start a Topic" to submit a NEW case? Is the response similar to the way the forums used to work?

I can't believe I need to ask this again. After Dave provided the link above https://www.microsoftpartnercommunity.com/ I am sure I went there and found the forums. As Dave mentioned, the organization was very poor. Now I can't find them at all!
Any tips? If anyone can see the forums under that site, please give some detail about how to get to them (what to click). I've been all over that site and can't find the forums. I can get to a place called "Get Support" but that only allows submitting a paid incident. Where are the good old Partner Support forums for all partners (including registered partners) where a MS Support engineer will supply answers?
Thanks,

Yes that correct, then you'll get another dropdown where you can select an appropriate area.
