    1. I am currently searching for the IL Stub Diagnostic Tool.

    2. It is supposed to be accessible from the download of the following site :

    CLR Tools

    3. However, after downloading the code, I was not able to find such a tool.

    4. Information about this tool has been written in this blog :

    5. Does anyone know where this tool can be found ? Or has it been bundled in a release of Visual Studio ?
