stupid question but why is there a live search webpage parked on my URL? RRS feed

    I just went to one of my unused URL's and there is one of those 'Live search" webpages parked there mooching my residual traffic for a profit ...how do I find out who put it there and under what type of authority is anyone able to poach my URL just because I don't happen to have anything hanging there right now?  thanks for any info that will enlighten me.! Smile
