Hotmail sometimes forgets signature, leaves out original when replying/forwarding, won't save drafts RRS feed

    1) Hotmail sometimes but not always forgets my signature, so a "New" email comes up blank.

    2) Often (not always) it leaves out the original when forwarding or reolying to an email - again, the writing-space comes up blank.

    3) Occasionally it refuses to save a draft.

    I have not been able to establish any pattern.  Anyone help?
