  • Dear Robert,

Thank you for your interest in the Buy Local program. It appears that your machine is not eligible as you did not purchase from a system builder, as indicated in your diagnostic report:

    Windows License Type: COA SLP

Upon further investigation it appears you purchased your machine from Acer.

Please let me know if you have further questions or comments.

    Best regards,

    Jenifer

Your MGA report indicates you have an Acer computer with an Acer preinstalled version of Windows Vista.  Acer is a major OEM supplier and is not eligible for the Bonus Pack Offer.  Please review the following:

How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows that was installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/
