Risk Plus IDispatch Error 1100 Issue

Question
-
I have been using Risk Plus on MS Project 2003 and MS Project 2007 successfully for 6 months. I suddenly get a Method Not Available IDispatch Error #1100 error message at the end of the Risk Analysis function. I uninstalled and reinstalled Risk Plus but still have the same problem. Could use some help on this. Risk Assessment is a big part of this program.Thursday, July 7, 2011 1:18 PM

Hi Paul,
I would contact the vendor of RiskPlus for assistance in this matter. You may get a quicker response.

Hi Paul,
Have you changed the macro security at all? Maybe a new group policy on the domain?
Thanks
Paul

Thanks. I'll give that a try as well.

I checked with our IT group and they have not changed the macro security in over a year. Another user is using Risk Plus on their computer on the same network without experiencing this proble. Thanks for the suggestion though. If you think of anything else, please let me know.

Hi Paul
Do you use standard machines builds or do all user's machine have different configurations / software installed? I would start by looking at what is different between your machine and the other users machine where it works. Have you installed any new software / updates lately that the other user hasn't? Can you log on to the other users machine with your account and test? As Alexander mentioned above, you are probably best to contact the vendor and ask them.
