    This may seem like a silly question but, is there any documentation that helps you setup  and run Firefly on your WHS?

    Not really. You install Firefly on WHS just like on any other computer; see the Firefly web site and wiki for more information.
    I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)
