VPN and Outlook Server connection using single Ethernet connection RRS feed

  • Question

  • After upgrading to Windows 10 and outlook 13 I cannot use VPN and Ethernet wired connection to connect to Outlook server.  It will work if I use Ethernet to connect to VPN and Wireless Network.  I have discovered that if I provide a second Ethernet connection to my laptop via USB to Ethernet device I can connect using only wired Ethernet connections.

Is their a conflict using a single wired Ethernet connection in windows 10 or a new setting I need to change in order to using a single wired Ethernet connection to connect to my company Outlook server via VPN?

This was not an issue in window 8.1 which I updated to windows 10 nor in my desktop which is still running on windows 7.

  • Hello,

I'd ask the manufacture of your computer or of the wired Ethernet adapter, or in the Windows 10 forum on Microsoft Community.
