View sharing not working for some users when working in Outlook RRS feed

  • I have some users that have no problems sharing personnal views to others even when working in Outlook. For others, when they try to share a view the view never shows up in the recieving users 'my views' list. If that same user shares the view from the web app then the view is shared properly. Both users are system admin and have the same version of Outlook installed.

    I am experiencing this issue with two seperate CRM online customers. thanks

  • Is by any chance one of the users working offline? Have you waited enough for the sync to take place? Might not be instant.

  • That is a known issue on CRM 2011 Outlook UR Versions ( I experienced the same problem on UR 15)

  • Nope they are not working offline. I now have the same issue with an other Customer who is on premise crm 2013 UR1
