Fix it without network access

  I have a computer where BFE wont start, and the FIX-IT menu shows a fix for BFE

  but without BFE the computer wont connect to the network, so I downloaded the portable version of FixIT for Win7

  problem is the portable interface comes up and then tries to download something to look for the BFE fix only it cant because BFE is broken....

  How can I use a second computer to download what is needed to I can run fix-it on the isolated machine?
