This error started ever since I had my computer upgraded at a computer store. Basically every part in my computer was replaced. Processor, added an SSD, old HD remains though! I called the store and was told it was because I replaced the parts I might need a new Winows 7. This seems unfair. I hope this can be fixed without spending more money.

You have an OEM SLP version of Windows. OEM SLP versions are priced lower than the Retail versions because they are licensed only for the hardware upon which they were originally installed. When you replaced the motherboard with a Retail one, you lost the SLIC Table that lived in the BIOS that was used to self activate. Unfortunately the only solution is to purchase a legal non-OEM SLP version of Windows, format your drive, and perform a fresh new install. Be sure to back up your data first.
