-xmlcntrsphere option doesn't like 180

  tried HDMake .... -xmlcntrsphere filename.xml 0 180 and it didn't like the 180 parameter. 
  HDMake .... -xmlsphere filename.xml 0 360 0 180 seems to be doing something
