Display Project in Calendar View RRS feed

  • Question

  • PS 2007

I've seen where I can display my own tasks in a calendar by browsing to the My Work page in PWA.  Is there a similar view for the entire project in PWA for all tasks?  I haven't found one.

No, but you can open the project in Project Professional 2007 and apply the Calendar view.  There is no way to apply a Calendar view in PWA except for a user's own tasks.  Hope this helps.

  • I thought you might say that, Dale.  Thanks for confirming. :)

  • Not sure if this thread is still monitored, but does anyone know if there's a way to modify the My Work calendar?  I've been told there is not but I'm hoping that is not the case.  Currently, the same task is displayed anywhere between 2-8 times and I'm trying to understand why.   It is only listed once in the datasheet view of my tasks.

I'd also like to modify the items to show project name.  Thanks!

  • Hi Pallni,

No, there is no configurable way to change the My Work Calendar view.
