HELP to reinstall!! RRS feed

  • Trying to reinstall-- without success so far---after following "help" to point of finally using uninstall because of repeated failure to install essential "required update" which in turn left this computer unsecured???? Ned now to REINSTALL security pack!! Please help-------------

    Use the OneCare cleanup tool - 

    Cleanup tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2

     

    Then install from http://onecare.live.com - install the trial. Activate/subscribe with your subscription LiveID to associate it with your subscription.

     

    I'm moving this thread to the Update topic folder as it would appear that both of you encountered problems with the latest update to OneCare, requiring the reinstall.

  • live one care said it couldn't install a needed update and I ran the clean programs and need to reinstall - where do I start?

    Reinstall from http://onecare.live.com - install the trial - and then subscribe/activate with the LiveID for your subscription.
