CRM Implementation RRS feed

  • Question

  • Does anyone out there in our community have some suggestions on how we might obtain an estimate and/or outline for a generic (no customization) implementation of CRM to interface with Dynamics.  The interface would be kept to a minimum, moving Orders from CRM to Dynamics SOP in that direction only and an integration between CRM/Dynamics for Customer Master Records.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

  • Have you tried the CRM Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics GP? If you said customizations won't be of the order then it would sound that this would be the way to go.

  • I have read the documentation for the CRM Adaptor and it doesn't give any idea about hourly estimates. By the way, we are having a lot of trouble getting the adaptor.  Does anyone know where there might be more data somewhere in Microsoft that has more/better documentation?

We have  mapped the data but it doesn't update from Dynamics to CRM.

I searched in Partnersource and nothing came up for CRM Adaptor.....

  • Here is the link to the announcement article with links to the resource pages on PartnerSource and CustomerSource.

If for some reason the adapter does not work then you can also try Scribe.
