  • Hi,

You can create three Option Sets to store month, day and year values, if not using the Date Time fields.

  • Use option set/picklists as there is no OOB fields for Day/Month/Year. For Day use 1-31 values. For Month use 1-12 and for Year use predefined values or a text box. You can even use JavaScript to fill these picklists on form load event.

  • Hi,

You can create 3 Picklist type fields in CRM to save Year, Month and Date value fields. In CRM 4.0 go to Settings -> Customization -> Customize Entities -> <Entity Name> -> Fields, click on New button and create three Picklist type fields for Year, Month and Days.  Open form editor drag the fields intot form editor, save form and Publish entity cusotmizations.
