CRM 2016 On Premise : Server Side Synchronization RRS feed

  • Hello,

    For Security and politic reasons,  our company doesn't want the plugin Outlook for CRM 2016 because the exchange cached option need to be checked (unechecked exchange cached mode is not supported and give a lot of errors) .

    In order to find a similar solution, we are currently trying the Server Side Sync option. The synchronisation is working well but we would like to know if it's possible de choose the appointments or tasks we want to synchronize.

    I'm using the option "Folder-Level Tracking" that permit to synchronize e-mails stored in a folder wich is specified on the tracking options (this is working like "Track in CRM" option of the plugin Outlook) but this is working only with e-mails and not with appointments or tasks !

    My question is, can we create a filter that permit to synchronize specific appointments ? I don't want to synchronize appointment without interest for crm like my personnal appointment with doctors ect.....

    Can we synchronize appointments with specific category like (red or yellow category) ?
